The campsite has two outdoor pools: a heated main swimming pool measuring approximately 14 × 7 m (98 m²), with a depth ranging from 1.10 to 1.80 m, plus a separate 18 m² paddling pool measuring 4.5 × 4 m, with a maximum depth of 0.60 m. The pools are suitable for both swimming and younger children. The campsite’s current information states that the heated pool operates from June to September, while the paddling pool is also available during the swimming season. The pool area includes an outdoor relaxation space and is open daily, with published opening hours of 10:00–20:00.

From April to June, meals are offered on Saturday evenings and Sunday lunchtimes; in July and August, the restaurant serves on selected days, with snacking at lunchtime. There is also a homemade pizza evening on Fridays, artisan ice cream and crêpes. Summer adds a food truck on Saturday evenings and festive barbecue/concert evenings. The campsite sits close to the Tourbières de Vendoire, a protected Natura 2000 wetland with rich birdlife, rare plants and peaceful walking trails along the river. Nearby, the landscape becomes a charming mix of wooded valleys, waterways, traditional villages and farmland, with the Dordogne and Charente regions meeting around this rural corner of southwest France. It is an ideal setting for walking, cycling, wildlife spotting and simply enjoying the slower rhythm of countryside life.
“After several visits and plenty of guest reviews, here are some pro tips: ask for a pitch in the “B-zone” for extra shade and tranquillity. The pool is a highlight (around 98 m²) but check opening dates in early or late season – it usually runs from mid-May to mid-September. If you book a glamping tent, pack slippers or sandals for dewy mornings on your terrace. Many families appreciate the baby washroom and accessible facilities, especially those travelling with toddlers. The area is calm, so a car is handy for exploring. And one golden rule: book early! With around 30 pitches and a handful of rentals, this eco-friendly gem fills up fast in July and August.
