• When making a booking or request: first name, last name, email address, phone number, and travel details
• When signing up for our newsletter: email address
• Automatically via our website: IP address, browser type, pages visited, click behavior, and session duration through cookies and analysis software

We use your data for the following purposes:

• Execution of the agreement — processing and confirming your booking, sending travel documents, and handling payments
• Customer service — answering questions and resolving complaints
• Newsletter — sending offers and travel inspiration, strictly after your consent
• Website analysis — improving our website based on visitor behavior
• Legal obligations — retaining booking and payment data in accordance with the legal retention obligation

• Execution of an agreement — for bookings and payments
• Consent — for the newsletter and non-functional cookies; you can withdraw your consent at any time
• Legitimate interest — for website analysis and improvement of our services
• Legal obligation — for the tax retention obligation of seven years

• Booking and payment data: 7 years (legal retention obligation)
• Newsletter addresses: until unsubscribed
• Website analysis data: up to 26 months
• Other customer data: up to 2 years after the last contact

6. Sharing with third parties

We share your data only with third parties to the extent necessary for our services:

• Mollie — our payment processor. Mollie processes your payment information securely and in accordance with the PCI DSS standard.
• Google Analytics — for analyzing website visits.
• Hotjar — for analyzing click behavior and user experience through heatmaps and session recordings.
• Resend — for sending booking confirmations and newsletters.
• Our hosting provider and technical service providers who manage our website and systems, solely on behalf of Vistacamp B.V.
• Our booking partners — we share relevant travel data with the campsites you book, as necessary for the execution of your booking.

We never sell your data to third parties.
