The heart of the campsite is its covered, heated pool complex, open from 10:00 to 19:00 and free for guests. The main pool measures 13 m by 8 m and is up to 1.55 m deep. A second pool of 12 m by 8 m is up to 1.5 m deep, with a swimming instructor in high season. Little ones splash in the heated paddling pool with its water slide. Parents can slip into the adults-only Zen pool from 10:00 to 18:00. Pools are supervised in July and August; swimsuits or swim trunks are required.

“We recommend booking a mobile home or chalet if you travel with young children: the toddler pool and the play area for ages 3 to 6 are close at hand. Parents, we suggest slipping into the adults-only Zen pool while the kids enjoy Piki Club, which is for ages 6 to 12. Anglers will love the two ponds, where carp, eels, roach and tench are free to catch. We always advise reserving a full day for Puy du Fou, about 1 h 18 by car, and setting off early to enjoy every show. For a beach day, head to Saint-Gilles-Croix-de-Vie, 20 km away, and stroll along the Grande Plage and the harbour, where boat trips to the Île d'Yeu depart. Challans, 10 km away, is the place for market days and supermarket stops. We also suggest an excursion to Apremont, a charming cité de caractère, and a day trip to Noirmoutier.
