Wecamp Jávea lies on the Mediterranean coast, surrounded by orange groves, low hills and rugged limestone landscapes. The dramatic Montgó massif rises inland, while cliffs, rocky coves and turquoise bays shape the coastline. Around Jávea, Mediterranean vegetation, pine trees and cultivated farmland create a colourful landscape. The protected Cabo de San Antonio marine area adds exceptional coastal scenery and rich underwater habitats.

“Our advice for Wecamp Jávea is to make the most of the campsite’s location rather than treating it simply as a place to sleep. The beach is close enough for spontaneous morning swims, while the pool provides an easy alternative when younger children want a relaxed afternoon close to your accommodation. If you are travelling with children, we recommend choosing accommodation with a terrace. It gives you a comfortable outdoor space for breakfast, an afternoon drink or dinner while the children unwind nearby. Air conditioning is another useful feature during the warmer summer months. For touring families, Jávea is particularly rewarding because there is so much variety within a relatively small area. Spend one morning on Arenal Beach, another exploring the historic centre, then choose a more adventurous day around Montgó or the coastal coves. Cala Granadella and Portitxol are excellent choices when clear water and snorkelling are priorities, although parking and access can become busy during peak summer. We would also recommend keeping some time free for the campsite itself. The pool, tennis court, sports facilities and Kids Club make it easy to have a slower day without needing to organise another excursion. For larger motorhomes, check your pitch dimensions carefully before arrival. Some areas of the campsite are more compact, while the larger pitches are better suited to caravans and motorhomes. Finally, make use of the nearby supermarkets for fresh food and local produce rather than filling the car before arrival.”
