While the on-site restaurant is fantastic for a quick, delicious pizza or a family dinner, you really haven't experienced the area until you’ve walked the short distance into the center of Cambrils. The "Passeig Marítim" is wonderful for an evening ice cream—it's a ritual for local families! If you are looking for a quieter day, try heading to the local beaches early in the morning before the crowds arrive; the water is crystal clear and incredibly refreshing.
For those renting a bungalow, remember that while the mornings are perfect for breakfast on your private terrace, bringing a small portable fan can be a nice bonus during the peak of the afternoon heat, even with the natural shade provided by the trees.
Finally, don't miss the PortAventura theme park; if you go, try to arrive right when it opens to beat the queues for the biggest rides. This campsite is all about balance—so mix your high-energy days at the parks with "slow" days at the pool or the beach. You’ll leave feeling truly recharged!”
