“ I would make the most of Camping Resort Onda Blu’s exceptional position rather than treating it simply as somewhere to sleep. The biggest advantage is the combination of lake access and swimming pools, so I would plan some days without the car at all. Take your morning coffee or breakfast at La Vinessa, then walk down towards the lake before the afternoon becomes busy. The restaurant serves breakfast and fresh bread from 08:00, with lunch, snacks and dinner available from 12:00 until 22:00. If you are travelling with children, keep some time for the playground and shallow pool rather than planning an excursion every day. The pool is open from 08:00 to 19:00, so an early swim or late-afternoon cooling-off session works particularly well. Water-aerobics sessions are also offered in July and August. For active families, I would definitely consider hiring bikes or e-bikes, while SUP hire gives you another way to experience Lake Garda from the water. If you bring your own boat, ask about the resort’s slipway, trailer parking and buoy-hire service before arrival. One useful practical tip is to reserve time for Salò and the Manerba area before venturing further around the lake. Gardaland is excellent for a full family day, but you do not need to drive far to find beautiful scenery, beaches, historic sights and lakeside restaurants. Guests also consistently highlight the attractive location, lake views, cleanliness and friendly service, making these some of the strongest reasons to choose Onda Blu.”
