Excluded Services: Air conditioning: an additional charge of €5.00 per day, to be paid on site. Deposit: €100.00 in cash, to be paid at the arrival. Final cleaning: we kindly ask you to leave the mobile home clean and tidy; otherwise, €50.00 will be deducted from the deposit. Pet: the cost for one pet is €8.00 per day or €50.00 per week, plus €20.00 for cleaning, to be paid on site upon arrival. Tourist tax: depending on the municipality of the campsite (we recommend contacting the campsite directly for the rate). Optional Extra Services: If you don’t want to bring everything from home, you can book the following services up to 7 days before arrival, with payment at the campsite: Double bed linen set: €20.00 per set. Single bed linen set: €15.00 per set. Towel set: €10.00 per set (includes one shower towel and one face towel). Baby cot (without mattress): €3.00 per day. High chair: €3.00 per day. Please note that blankets and pillows are already provided in every accommodation. Check-in and Check-out Upon arrival, you will find the Happy Camp Reception and the Park Managers ready to assist you with check-in, key collection, and any requests. The reception's opening hours will be visible at the main Happy Camp desk. Check-in: available from 4:00 PM. Check-out: by 10:00 AM. Regulations: For families and groups of friends wishing to book more than two mobile homes, we kindly ask you to contact us by email so we can check availability and confirm acceptance by the campsite. We kindly invite young guests aged 18 to 25 to send us a request via email, allowing us to verify the possibility of admission by the campsite. Minors are not allowed to stay alone and are only admitted if staying in the same mobile home with a parent or responsible adult, subject to prior request sent via email.
