During high season, a small free shuttle train runs down to the pebble beach, which is super handy if you’re carrying gear or traveling with kids. If you want a bit of action, the campsite has plenty to offer: tennis, basketball, volleyball, and access to kayaking, SUP, and even diving in the nearby bay. Hikers absolutely shouldn’t miss the famous Rilke Trail — it starts right from the campsite and winds along the cliffs toward Duino Castle, offering unforgettable sea views. In the evenings, the animation team keeps things lively with themed events and shows, making the place feel fun and engaging for families. When it comes to facilities, Mare Pineta scores well. The pool complex features a large swimming pool, a kids’ pool, and a whirlpool, perfect for cooling off or relaxing. The mobile homes are modern and bright, equipped with air-conditioning and terraces.
