“Our campsite specialist recommends making the Ebro Delta itself part of your holiday, rather than treating it simply as scenery around the campsite. This is one of those destinations where a bicycle can genuinely improve the experience. The landscape is exceptionally flat, and the surrounding roads and paths make cycling between rice fields, lagoons, beaches and small villages particularly enjoyable. For families, we would suggest balancing the pool and beach days with shorter excursions. A morning exploring the delta followed by an afternoon beside the swimming pools works beautifully, especially during the hotter months. Birdwatchers should bring binoculars: the wetlands are renowned for their birdlife, while the changing light over the rice fields creates some memorable late-afternoon scenery. The campsite itself is pleasantly practical. If you prefer peace, ask for accommodation or a pitch away from the liveliest family activity areas. Guests have particularly appreciated the welcoming reception team, clean facilities and the choice of pitches.
