The big attraction is the waterpark. You have a 25-metre semi-Olympic swimming pool, a children's pool, a Magic Lagoon with water games, two whirlpools and two water slides. The main pool is 25 metres by 10 metres with a constant depth of 1.5 metres, making it particularly appealing to families who enjoy swimming as well as playing in the water.
And the beach? You can walk directly from the village to the private equipped beach without crossing a road. The beach combines gravel and sand and has around 200 umbrellas, a beach kiosk and a separate dog-friendly section.
Who will enjoy it most? We recommend La Risacca particularly for families with children from toddlers through to teenagers. There is an excellent balance between children's water activities, organised entertainment, sports and independent beach time. Onsite facilities include football, beach volleyball, tennis, basketball, table tennis, pickleball, cycling facilities, a restaurant-pizzeria, bar, supermarket and laundry.

“My first tip is simple: make the waterpark part of your daily routine. La Risacca has enough aquatic facilities to keep children entertained without needing to drive anywhere, while parents can move between the pool, whirlpools and sunbathing area. The semi-Olympic pool is particularly useful if you prefer proper swimming rather than only children's water play, with its 25-metre length and constant 1.5-metre depth.
I would also recommend booking the private beach service early during the busiest periods. The beach is directly connected to the village, which is extremely convenient with younger children, and the number of beach places is limited. There is a kiosk and around 200 umbrellas, while the dedicated dog section makes this particularly attractive for families travelling with pets.
If you are travelling with children, take a look at the entertainment programme when you arrive. The combination of organised activities, sports and evening entertainment creates the lively Family Collection atmosphere that many families choose this type of holiday village for.
